You Can Shoot Your Age LOGBOOK

This book is an accompanying logbook for “You Can Shoot Your Age”. It was designed to help you set goals and keep a record of your progress and actions you need to take to improve, which you complete yourself.

We wrote “You Can Shoot Your Age” to help inspire golfers to never give-up while facing the challenges life presents, nor to ever give-in to the perception that we are old simply because of a date on our birth certificate. Take life by the horns, enjoy every minute of our maturity, share our wisdom, and have fun while playing the most wonderful game every devised while trying to shoot our age.

This is a structured and systematic approach to reinforce much of what we know and help condition the mind while keeping the body the engine — well-tuned. In so doing we will be able to enjoy the journey with a healthy, positive attitude, as we prepare to face the challenge head-on.
